Open a ticket from freshdesk and look under ‘Requester Info’ to find the agency’s information.
In this case, it is ‘travelbysandy.ca’. Copy this information.
Navigate to https://admin.travelagencytribes.com/admin and enter the customer information that you have just copied and enter it in the red highlighted box.
The Customer’s name/Agency name is shown in the black box
