Now that your site is live, we would like to help you to understand the backend of your site. This is where leads will come in from persons who are interested in going to a specific location.
To login to your site, you can go to app.travelagencytribes.com/login
Here is what you should see when you go on that link:
the login information will be the email that is associated with your profile as well as your first and last names followed by 123. For example, TomMacLean123. If you would like this password to be changed or if you forgot your password, please don't hesitate to let me know and i will have it done for you. Each agent in your agency will have a login and a password. Their login will be the same as yours, that is, their email associated with their profile and their first and last names plus '123' as their password.
Please note, that agents and administrators will have separate roles, here is a help guide to explain the difference between admins and agents.

Once you are logged in, it will redirect you to the backend's home page. If you are not redirected, there will be a link that says "Click here if not redirected automatically", as indicated by the yellow line below. Click on it and you will be redirected to the backend's home page.
On the backend's home page, you will be able to see the history of your customers and their interaction with your site, as well as the site traffic, which includes, what pages have been visited and the number of leads you have had.
This is what the home page looks like:
To access your leads, you can click on "Marketing" on the menu and select "Leads" on the drop down menu that will appear.
On that page, you will see all the leads that have been submitted to your site.
On the leads page, you can click on each individual lead to either view the lead or interact with the person who submitted the lead. You can assign the lead to an agent or yourself (indicated by the red line on the picture below) and you can reply to the person who sent the lead(indicated by the blue line on the picture below).
To set up your social media accounts
Now that your site is live, moving forward please direct all your queries and concerns to support@travelagencytribes.com.
Content should be submitted in a word document with images attached to the email.
