How to add employees or make adjustments to your profile
Please follow these detailed instructions to invite customers to join you on The Travel Valet.
1. Log into The admin area of your travel agency tribes site https://app.travelagencytribes.com
Note once logged in, you can just go back to www.yoursite.com/admin from then on out
2 Click on people
3. Click on employees
4. On the employees screen you have two options you can click on + New for adding a new employee or click on an existing employee by clicking on their name.
Note
The system allows for two classes of employees. Administrator and Employee.
The difference is that an Administrator can see everything that happens on the site and an Employee can only see what pertains to them. IE leads that have been assigned and their customers.
