Get Everything Showing Properly and Educate your Client

Being able to add Content is apart of our main business services we supply. Thankfully these bugs are not hard to solve and there are plenty of Documents to use as resources.


  1. Make sure you have all the information you need.
    1. This includes images,URL to the piece of content in question, an expectation from the client what the content should look like etc.
    2. Equip yourself with knowledge know the guides for making content
  2. Compare the bad content with the guidelines of making content. Check tags and source tags if they are correct and if they contain spaces.
  3. If you cannot identify the problem ask for help from the Tech Team after gathering all information on the issue.
  4. If all else fails, instead of fixing something wrong try making the content again using the proper guidelines. This way you can see if the problem is really a Content/Tagging Issue or a Bug Issue.

When you are replying to the client provide a URL to the corrected piece of content or newly made piece of corrected content.
