Create a customer or agent with the office details and give the employee the tag "office" this will populate the footer, contact us page and lead forms with the office details.

Office Name - Customer/Agent Name

Office Email - Customer/Agent Email

Office Address - Customer/Agent Address

Office Phone - Customer/Agent Telephone

Office Fax - Customer/Agent Mobile Phone

Quirks : An email can only be connected to one account per site, so if there's already an employee/customer account with the office email, you won't be able to create the new office with that email.
