The following steps will show you how to add a footer social icon link. We will use "Instagram" link as an example.
Step 1- Add New Settings
From admin top menu click on "Settings" and select "System Settings".
You will see a list of settings, please, don't delete any of them, many of them belong to the template.
Step 2 - Choose Custom Settings
From System Settings page search for "Create a Custom Settings" and click on "Go" button.
Step 3 - Create Social Link settings
You will need to create a new settings in other to add the social icon link. For Instagram icon, use name "instagram" and add the agency Instagram Page URL. Remember to "Save" the changes
What about more social links? As simple as Instagram example. Here is the list of available social links:
- facebook: https://facebook.com/....
- twitter: https://twitter.com/...
- linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/...
- google: https://plus.google.com/...
- instagram: https://instagram.com/...
- pinterest: https://pinterest.com/...
youtube: https://youtube.com/...
Note: all the settings names are in lowercase, is important to use exactly the same name (is "pinterest" no "Pinterest")
As default you will see a facebook and twitter link, just check for them "facebook" and "twitter" into the "Settings" list and edit the URL.
After save, the result will look like:
